Can I update the website content on my own?
The majority of our websites are constructed using a content management system (CMS). Upon completion, we will furnish you with a client login, granting you the ability to independently manage and update blog posts as well as certain inner pages. This empowers you to make updates to the website without the need for technical expertise.
What kind of ongoing support do you provide after the website is launched?
At Elephant Effects, we ensure that your site stays current by performing weekly backups, monitoring site health and security, and implementing content changes based on customer requests throughout the first year. After the initial period, there will be a monthly charge of AUD 100 for backups and content changes. This does not include alterations to the site layout.
